In 2008, the company was registered and established in Zibo High-tech Zone.

In 2010, the "Zibo Xiwei Depuda Motor Research Institute" was established.

In 2012, the Science and Technology Bureau officially recognized the Zibo Science and Technology Bureau as the "Zibo Short-distance Pure Electric Passenger Vehicle Motor, Engineering Technology Research Center.

In 2015, it was listed on the New Third Board, becoming the first technology-based enterprise in the new energy vehicle drive motor industry to be successfully listed on the "New Third Board" (stock abbreviation: Depuda, stock code: 833119)

In 2016, a workstation was established to establish the new energy vehicle drive motor academician workstation.
