3800rpm 5.2kW PMSM Motor For Arm Truck Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
Permanent magnet synchronous motor provides excitation with permanent magnet, which makes the structure of the motor simple, reduces the cost of processing and assembly, and eliminates the collector ring and brush which are easy to cause problems, and improves the reliability of the motor operation. Because there is no excitation current and no excitation loss, the efficiency and power density of the motor are improved. Permanent magnet synchronous motor is composed of stator, rotor and end cover. The stator is basically the same as the ordinary induction motor, and the laminated structure is adopted to reduce the iron loss of the motor during operation. The rotor can be laminated. Armature winding can adopt concentrated full pitch winding, or distributed short pitch winding and unconventional winding.
In order to meet the application requirements of response speed, wide speed regulation range and accurate positioning, permanent magnet synchronous motors came into being with their exquisite structure and excellent control performance. Permanent magnet synchronous motors are speed regulation drive systems composed of three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors with permanent magnet materials placed on the rotor and controllers. They have stepless speed regulation and multiple drive systems can operate synchronously, which can significantly improve the operation efficiency of the machine.
